Project Structure

The work within SCALPEL is structured into five work packages (WPs). Each WP focuses on a key dimension of the science and development process — from antibody engineering to in vivo testing — led by dedicated experts in their respective fields. Together, these WPs ensure SCALPEL remains both ambitious and achievable.
